Some of the best moments of the last two years of my life have been spent with these people. We came together from five different countries and with our ideas, personalities and identities and let this work and this time shape us. I am proud to call myself a former Seeder and a friend of each one of these people.

Reviewing the themes we talked about at the beginning of the program, only this time with real life examples and ideas.

This our accomplishment, as well as a benediction, as we transition into the next stages of our lives. We may not be Seeders any more, but we remain rooted and planted and growing.

I will not die an unlived life.
I will not live in fear
of falling or catching fire.
I choose to inhabit my days,
to allow my living to open me,
to make me less afraid,
more accessible;
to loosen my heart
until it becomes a wing,
a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance,
to live so that which came to me as seed
goes to the next as blossom,
and that which came to me as blossom,
goes on as fruit.
